Try getting back to life by doing things you love. Lockdown has done this to a lot of us but then it’s our life and we need to seize control of it

∆Try to do things you love ∆try to be productive
∆You don't have to plan things out but if you do make sure you do at least one of those things .. Like completing a task or chore. Slowly and gradually you'll start completing more than you plan to.
