Oh if anxiety is the reason, then start meditation which might sound boring but is damn helpful, I've tried it, and results were amazing. Try to give ur mental health time as well as your studies, keep working hard , calm yourself down, keep moving on you can do it. Best of luck for the exams :)βπ»βπ»

may be you can't focus on your preparation because of anxiety. And it's pretty normal. Am also an aspirant and I'm feeling this too. So start studying if anxiety disrupt you, then go to YouTube and watch strong motivational videos. Then start studying again. When you're going for a break instead of other songs listen to motivational songs. I get benefits so I hope it'll help you too.. π
