Do you feel detached from people around you.I also feel they don't care my parents are seperated I live in a family where literally whatever I do I get zero attention but let's both of us promise to ourselves that we would first make ourselves happy before anyone else

It just I don't like anyone in my neither they do they always want that I be like my elder brother but that's not possible for me. I don't know why they don't understand this. I'm literally taking sleeping pills every night in overdose still can't sleep. Tried everything pills, drugs, alcohol, meditation, yoga. But nothing work for me
