why is life like this and why do we have to deal with it we need peace around life bro everyday my friends make sum surprising for me that makes me panick and shit and they always body shame me and don't accept me for who I am and I don't understand bc I always accepted for who they are.

That sucks. You should actually stay away from such people. They're not your friends if they body shame you or cause you panic. If someone isn't accepting you for who you are, let them go.  They don't deserve you
