I am sorry to hear this. Being a father of two I can't imagine myself sitting and doing nothing. First thing is I'd say you take the steering wheel and start something to earn. I know it's hard but you gotta do that. On other hand I am sure you did but try to understand why you husband is acting like this? Is something from your end bothering him?
