@Brainymeerkat1 I have no issues with kids..💔 I tried a lot to keep myself positive. when I felt so disturbed and when I search on Google about this app n I am here.💔💔💔

it's totally understandable after being a nurse seeing people in distress almost all the time you start feeling like so. I suggest talking to your husband about how you feel. if not that try maintaining a journal it helps with the panic attacks and surge of anxiety. with the countless lives you have contributed towards saving I beg you to seek help your kids will lose their hardworking loving mother and they will always wonder what were you like as you mentioned they are very little. let the know how strong and loving their mom is

First of all thank you for your service as a nurse ma'am. being a nurse is stressful, so it's normal to feel that way. Life is beautiful and ugly. we need to look at it as it is. feelings come and go. don't get fooled by them. so don't take immediate decisions. take a walk in nature. observe the beauty of Nature. spend time with your babies (as they are purest form of love). everything will be alright, let the time heal itself. stay blessed ❤️😊 I recommend you to watch j Krishnamurthy videos on YouTube. if you want to share your feelings share it here. lots of lovely friends are here to hear you.
