it happend to me, it's okay it'll pass soon enough. Don't ever try to hold your tears, whenever you feel like crying just let it all out. whenever you cry, try and think of the good memories or the things that make you laugh, trust me it helps.

same here although its not just because of feeling lonely its also because of many other mistakes ive done throughout my life. Just keep praying to god everyday whether its good or bad and let him take control of your life. And ofcourse, whenever u feel like crying just do it trust me let it all out. i always do it and theres nothing to be ashamed about. Crying is a sign of strength and whoever tells u otherwise is bullshitting.

I am going through the same thing. I suggest you to get yourself busy in anything you can find even if its playing a videogame. Why? because you'll then suffer with overthinking.. Overthinking is like the devil's key to openeing the door to your thoughts and whispering alot of things to make you sad. You'll get extreme depressive thoughts if you keep yourself free. Those thoughts can mentally torture you. And begin falling in love with yourself. Try changing yourself little by little everyday. That will help you make yourself better and focus on yourself more
