When you are unable to change/alter outside world try changing your inside world we are all just human flesh with our own energies if possible do mediation daily I won't suggest you any as it may seem promotion still you can go to YouTube and start doing meditation daily you will feel peaceful or in exact words you will focus on your inner world rather than your outside world.
