I am not sure that I can give u advice bcuz stiil stuggle with it tho. but my plan of fighting ias really easy: get out of ur comfortable zone. today I dressed up my dress since near two years and that's a little victory. what about friends? I started building new attitudes with typical conversations about lesson in canteen and that's a little victory tho
