I am a 25 yr old Indian female . I am doing very well academically, however I have not even one friend and my family is also dysfunctional.My parents have conflicts amongst themselves most of the time. I feel very lonely and crave for affection and love. I am aware of the concepts of Mindfulness, gratitude, self-love etc..and have tried all of these too. Still I remain stressed and feel that I have no one who is there for me.
