What kind of person do I want to be with? What values are important to me? 5. How can I take care of the responsibilities of my family? What are things that I can do, and what are my limitations? One is bound to feel overwhelmed and anxious in your situations. There is a lot of burden and disappointments in the past whichcan make it very difficult to fulfill your goals with confidence.
