Hi Sonia even I was in a same phase sometime back even thought of suicide once if u wanna be urself u must build urself first this may be happening coz possibly u were dependent on ur parents for most of the decisions and never took any of URS like what subjects to study then where to take admission in college whom to marry and all when we give our decision making to someone's hand it happens if you are all alone in your room try exploring your inner you rather than the outside world by try exploring your inner world means to meditate during that time and try to build a social life not on social media but real people hope you will be better really soon if u want advice we are all here available for u just don't loose hope life's not over yet lot to explore lot to experience lot to live.
