procastination is quite common however it becomes a problem when you dont do anything and always procastinate.
you need to ask yourself why do you procastinate? maybe u dont like the things u are procastinating or maybe u are expecting perfectionism or else u dont do anything at all etc.
you should start small,make small goals for urself instead of big things at first and then go for big stuff.eg make a list of small things like watering plants or read 4-5 pages of any book,cooking something,cleaning etc just choose 1 or 2 on first day and then write down what u accomplished at the end of the day and see how happy u will feel after that.
Then u can make list for first seven days and then move on to bigger things like learning new skill etc.
start small and enjoy the little things and rember to not put too much stress on urself. i hope this helps:)
thanks sky, already tried what you suggest but i tend to forgot to write my accomplishment. im bad at consistency like i do this maybe just for a week and tend to forgot doing that again.
so you can write all the important things in advane for week that u want to accomish and instead of writing you just have to put a cross on what u accomplished,or putting reminders can be helpful.
see you have to work on urself,people can come and guide you but utimately it all comes down to you. sometimes we all lack motivation,it happens with me too but we have to remember that we have to push ourselves:) so we can live the best life. Try finding something you really enjoy and whenever you accomplish something give urself treat Just dont be too harsh on urself😁
