long physical illness and long term medicines tend tou affect your mind and yiu start feeling depressed .. you can meditate do some yoga or just start walking if possible .. at first it will feel like you have to force yourslef but once it becomes a habit you will feel relaxed .. if it is too much conition is way worse then what you ahve written .. please consult a psychologist ... sometimes only counselling with some one helps alot and ofcourse if medicine is needed dr will prescribe some short term medicine and you will be fine .. dbt wry ..
