maybe because you are not ready to put effort to do things you loved to do. Try to get engaged in activities again.

its because youre depressed, when youre depressed you lose intereat from everything. Now idk what happened in your life but if you try overcoming it then it will help u get back with ur interest and everything. Id suggest you to meditate , do your chores, your hobbies , spend quality time with your friends and family.
