personally I listen to guided sleep meditation on YouTube. It helps me a lot. or I will just sleep still and count in my head like 1 2 3 and just don't let other thoughts in my head I makes me sleep and If I mess up I recount but you have to trust the process it takes atleast 5 to 10 minutes for me.
I have the problems with thoughts going thru my head. I can fall asleep quite fast but I dont really sleep, thoughts are running around and it keeps waking me up in the middle of my sleep :(
I get it I am also trying to get rid of it I just try to listen to guided sleep meditation trust me it helps.
