This is the age of exploration, don’t feel withdrawn rather explore new things, focus more on yourself all of us have been through puberty where our body goes through several changes, people who are body shaming you are already going through some kind of insecurity that they are projecting on you. Understand that you are beautiful just the way you are. You as a person matters the most. You can follow a healthy lifestyle. It will give you an over all health, engage in some physical activity. Do you have a schedule of studying? Which is your favourite subject? Try not to lag in studies, try to keep up. What kind of friendship are you seeking?

i failed maths ,science history,political

i need a friend who understands me , and who cam hug (i have never been serioualy hugged)

i stay up nights and stressed out trying and still failing on it

Try to make a schedule and follow it. Your studies are important. Do you have any friend? In the vicinity or school? Can you go and hug your grandparents? Keep yourself busy during the day and go to bed with clear head that you are to sleep here. Engage in any physical activity it will help you in sound sleep too.

i am also suffeeing from anxiety where i am always thinking that i am dying without any reason just i will die .this problem i am suffering from 2 years every single night just fight with myself that i will get heart attack and i will die every 730 days i am figting with myself. people around me didnt get any clues that i am suffering from that. i just wanna to tell you . why you everytime depends on oters when other will compliment you then you feel beautiful why. beleive in ourself and when you have confidence you eye will tell. then from the spark of your eye everyone get distract. whenever you see the eye of any succeful perosn see in there eye there eyes were spark.
