So sorry about you losing your job, that's hard but please look at the brighter side of life I know you will be able to get another job soon. Please just tell yourself you not going to stress out today and that you are going to try to be as positive as possible. Do something that will make you smile or laugh despite your current situation. Things will get better I promise.
