Due to covid and job loss my life changed and antidepressants not working or partially working. Earlier after taking antidepressants I slept within 30 minutes for at least 7-8 hours but now days no sleep in night. I get sleep in the morning 5-6 am and most of the day laying on bed. Even avoid routine activities and some times eat without brush. But feel so imbarsing in night when I struggle for sleep. Sleep is the best medicine for mental health but its pattern important. I am thinking about those people working in shift duties how they manage their mental health.
