First do things that excite you and work towards them. Also, start getting physically active as that will help you stay mentally and physically energetic.

I can understand that you must be feeling low, but I think you should first try to accept yourself. Then set a goal and start working on it. Your sense of self won't change if you don't start to work on things you have been ignoring from a long time.
