I used to feel the same about myself. But I rationalised my thoughts and focused only on my well being. Try to love yourself and prioritise yourself. You are your longest commitment. You are no less than anybody.

But you know all the time if i so something worng for an example teacher asked me a question and i don't know what the answer is i feel ashamed of myself everytime something happen i fell ashamed
