What is it that you want to change?
I am an introvert person. I can't speak in a group of 4-5 I oftenly get ignored by ppl. I can't socialize and because of these issues I overthink and sometimes I feel I am not worth. So definitely this is the thing I want to change I don't want to be this shy, introvert, lonely person anymore
