Low self esteem and lack of confidence I have been going really hard on myself, i tried every possible thing to deal with it but i can't help it. I lack confidence, today i gave this interview where my interviewer thought that i wasn't well just because my voice was too soft and i was rejected.

This is happening probably because you think you are not good in certain things and because of this the fear of failure is becoming prevalent.You have made up your mind in a way that is telling you that you are not good enough for certain things and can fail easily. I would advise you to first start believing in yourself evrythn will fall in place once you start realizing your worth n thrusting yourself

How do we exactly work on that? Everyone says that start believing in yourself but no when tells the process to do it?

You only have to deal with it Once you identify and recognize your fear start working on it For example suppose you have fear of rejection in interviews for this fear try to work on why it happens work on your communication skills take communication classes many free apps are available which helps people

Thre is an app called udemy It has many option of career to explore Check it and see which field attracts you Where do u want to build ur career it will definitely help u out
