What would you reccomend as a stress, anger, and depression reliver and what is a small step to change for the better? I am open to anything.

See you will have to focus on being a positive person and expressing how you feel, you have been suppressing your emotions.
Try think of any situation that it is in your control.
Whenever you feel stressed analyse the situation, identify the trigger and try to rationalise the thought that is it going to matter in the long run, what possible solutions are there and tell yourself that it’s a matter of time you can get it done.
Never doubt yourself.
Write your negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones-and then try to think of the situation again (how does it make you feel now?)
Change is a slow process trust yourself and keep on adapting.
