Then just give him what he's asking for, give him that divorce. This type of behavior is non-negotiable and shouldn't be tolerated at all. Its your life and who is he to tell you what is your character. Please behave as a husband and not a father. No one has the right to abuse you and from what you are saying it sounds like it has happened more than once. please don't tolerate. I know divorce especially in India is not at all a easy thing but just think about it - do you want a few days of sadness or a whole life of misery with that person who doesn't even trust you? every relationship is built on trust.

Same thing has happened with me and my boyfriend I gave him so many chances but whatever you do people don't change he always used to call me characterless for talking to the opposite sex. No chances for such people they never change.

See, there are many good men that doesn't mean that everyone is ment for us. You are not compatible is what I'm thinking. But it's your choice whatever you want to do. I'll suggest to not tolerate this kind of controlling behaviour. Just imagine if you have a daughter with him what will happen

move away from his house for few days and see what will be his reaction. but before say this "I can't tolerate this at allll you had crossed your limits I am giving you last chance stop this kind of behavior towards me otherwise it will cause me to leave you" and see what he says if he again abuse you leave his house for few days until he will not realize his mistake make him feel your importance in your life. I think your husband is a little bit insecure person and also a aggressive person but trust is most important. If he doesn't care whether you stay with him or not even after you leave him for few days I will suggest you to get a divorce otherwise it will result something worse in the future.

look he is being over possessive...healthy jealousy, healthy possessiveness is a good thing but over isn't.....like u can have sweets and eating too many sweets will lead to diabetes.....tge same way healthy possessiveness is good but over possessiveness will lead ur relationship to a road...from which you can never come back......what to do is ur decision either stay in a relationship and try mending it or mend it till it is actually shattered or divorce the already shattered relationship rather than breaking it more

your husband is insecure and I think he suffered a dettachment issues that's why he showing a sign of immature reaction to that kind of situation. I think he need to have go on counselling

probly he has lots of insecurities or has controlling issue nevertheless may God help you through your difficult time
