oh ik that felling. Why you dont try to meditate with your eyes open and control ur breath ,went u feel comfortable close ur eyes😊

I understand, it is difficult for some to meditate or practice mindfulness when in the state of anxiousness.
I think you should try deep breathing.
Can you identify your triggers? What symptoms do they cause?
