Mental health of my mother

Hi I'm Khushi and I'm writing this regarding my mother. She is 47yrs old and from past few days she has been suffering from insomnia and anger issues. she gets upset on little things and becomes hyper and starts crying and shouting. I'm genuinely concerned about her and her mental health.(and a bit scared too)

Give her attention, help her to rebuild hobbies, make her engaged in things. She will be perfectly fine soon.

You should try to take her out in nature and try to talk about small things that makes her happy give her unexpected surprises, hugs and just build you emotional bond strong with her to that she can talk to you about her feelings when needed
