i mean how she behaves? like is she aggressive towards people or you know tries to harm herself

she is aggressive but only with words and she hasn't tried to harm anyone yet.

you can tell her to practice meditation which will help her to calm down and heal. till that time u meditate and charge water and give her to drink. you can get videos on utube

you know what, my grandma is same...i won't say she has some mental problems but due to her old age. she does behave like child and sometimes say real hurtful things. there won't be a day where she don't shout or not say anything that is disrespectful. cuz i am at home most of time she sometimes does you know rag at me. i don't do anything i just quietly go in room and let her shout. i don't reply nor i give any attention when she's finnally calmed down.i visit her and try to make her mood better. replying with hurtfull words to them won't be good. you end up hurting yourself and her too so it's better to just ignore.
