I'm so lonely i have a bf idk why even he existed. he makes me more depressed. he always try to blame for everything he crticizing me and doing the exact same thing. but I love him and i couldn't let him go.

just let him know how you feel. .. if he understands then everything is good .. if not ... as you are saying you can't leave him.. not now but time will come when you will fed up from only giving and giving love not getting back... you will leave him eventually ...if it continues ... you will just feel it .. what's good for you ... if he don't understand try to be away ... bcz after sometime you will understand that self care ... self love ... mind health are the most important things and enjoy your life...
