I don't know I used to be very good at studies but now everything seem to vanish

i will try to help you. but you only can help urself. i am Also in depression bcz of my relationship issue but for last 3 days i am practicing positive affirmations and meditation. it's helping me a lot

I also used to done meditation but I could not get any benefit from that

a continuous thought of failure is always in my mind and I used to get serval panic attack also

Just follow what your heart wants. You're not building your career for your parents. It's for yourself. They may not know the things you went through so it's hard for them to understand you

but I don't see any option I used to enjoy my studies but now I don't know why I feel like this shit

is there any other option I am able to get back again with same energy same confidence which I used to have

achha... don't fear.....tell urself that you can do this....... apne mind ko thoda buddhu banao.....wo bolega it's difficult......i can't do this....mujhse nhi hoga......wo thoughts ko ignore Karo n bolo m a brilliant student.....me ye exams achhe marks se paas kar chuka hu.....i have achieved success...i m successful.....or ye continuously daily raat ko sone se pehle n uthne ke turant baad karna...... immediately it won't work but gradually it will......uske saath i am powerful, i am successful , i am happy ye bhi practice karna...... you can write it down also if find difficulty in thinking

I understand, it may be difficult but you still have to continue even if you don't have the best grades or the best awards. You still have to.. its for your future
