My friends body shame me

I have 3 really close friends and we live in the same PG. We're around each other a lot so often when I changing or just putting on clothes to go out, they make comments such as 'that dress would look so good if you could lose 5 kgs'. They're not bad people but this hurts me a lot. They often say things like this to each other so I don't want to rant about it to them and be the odd one out. I just feel so ugly sometimes because of it.

Just because they're saying it to each other doesn't mean you're obligated to go along with it. Nicely tell them that such comments hurt you and you'd rather not hear them. If they're truly good people, then they will stop immediately.

Hi, please don't feel ugly. You need to set clear boundaries because this isn't just about your self-esteem but also invasion of privacy. Talk to them about it without feeling guilty, I'm sure they will understand.
