My husband has ED and refuses help

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Me and my husband had an arranged marriage and after we got together I found out that he has ED. I understand that it's natural and happens to a lot of people but he's not even ready to do anything about it. Our sex life is all one-sided, he has no regards for me. I can't talk about this issue with anybody else because I don't want our friends or family to judge him. How do I convince him to go see a doctor?

Erectile Dysfunction is as much mental as it is physical. Admitting to it is clearly taking a hit on your husband's ego so you need to tackle the issue carefully. Ask him to see a doctor without making him feel bad about somehow underperforming.

Hello, If your husband doesn't want to see a doctor maybe you could ask him to experiment with other things in bed. This would make you feel better and revive his belief in his sexual capabilities. Then you can ask him to seek help regarding the issue as well. He can get counselling online if offline makes him uncomfortable.
