I feel like this at times too, but i have understood through experience that there are bad phases which come periodically, and they end as well, and I should stop losing my mind over it, i should stop let it control me

hmm i used to think i was not a fun person i didn't think people like me for who i am. i felt i was not worthy. i used to degrade or have negative thoughts about myself i was not proud of myself i stilll feel it i had these for a long time but now i want to get out of this so i am making efforts.
