I was watching a YouTube video..and something in the video made me think of my parents and ever since I'm too scared to get out of bed ...and my body is cold as ice and my thoughts are replaying everything over and over like a never ending nightmare..it's hard to say but I seen my parents as monster's as a child

    thanks for sharing friend. not sure what to say on this, which will help you as I'm not an expert. But sharing your thoughts takes a lot of courage which means you are brave. All the best mate. I would say always try to find the positive side out of every nightmare.
