    it must be so tough for you. try listening to the sleep music inside this app. Go to self test and inside that there is a section of activities

    What is causing this sleeplessness. Confront these thoughts and let them know the past is gone and it cannot effect me anymore. Sometimes our mind keeps reminding us about the past and gives us different resolutions thinking we need to solve it immediately.
