I saw a man's text notifications constantly come up while my wife was in the shower so I opened up the chat. I found out my wife has been cheating on me with him. Considering their chats she has probably slept with him too. I'm so angry but at the same time I feel like my ego has completely gone down. It's been 2 days and I haven't yet confronted her, what should I do?

You should talk to her about it,keeping it inside won't help you or the relationship. Also decide beforehand if you want to continue the marriage or not. Getting emotional and making a rushed decision won't be right.

What she has done to you cannot be justified at all so try not to see it as a failure for yourself. If she had an issue then she could've brought it up to you, cheating is a choice.
