I like a guy, but I'm not sure how to express myself because he has a girlfriend and he's in a long term relationship with Her. I don't want to destroy our friendship but what should I do. should I build a hobby? or get disracted? I know it is one sided and I'm kind of a loner so I don't have anyone to express it to

provided that he is already in a long term relationship, u need to move on.  i won't say the generic things such as make new friends, get a hobby blah blah.  all u need to do is give yourself time and space to heal. You will slowly move on with time, trust me❤️

hey dear , feeling of love is the purest thing on this planet. it is not bad to have feeling for someone. just accept this and take it as a normal thing.  it will relax your heavy heart. U don't need to do anything. be a witness of your feelings.  whatever is your it will come to you. if you try to grab the thing u will create only pain to little. heart.
