that because u subject ur self to ppls opinion it ok to be scared of judgment but just remain ur self of who u are say positive things in ur head listen to ur favorite music to take ur mind off of it
it's difficult for me to face new pepl
why is that
it's fine..... try some activities that involve speaking up like debates or something...... it will be difficult for the first time but it'll eventually be fine
The best thing is to go more and more in crowded places.
Feel the anxiety that you have in crowded places
Do not try to diatract yourself from anxiety.
spend atleast 20 minutes in that place
gradually increase the duration
gradually anxiety will decrease and you will feel comfort in crowded places and near strangers.
