Hai mam iam Prabhu from TamilNadu, India I have insecure feeling when i watched movies with cheating relationship and affair news in channel which makes me very insecure about relationship and marriages. Always i had negative thoughts. How to overcome these types of thoughts and insecure feeling give me tips please ..

I really think you should try to meet new people witha positive outlook that not everyone is the same. Talk about your insecurities with person, take things gradually and focus on building a connection rather than just stepping in to a relationship. Escaping this scenario isn’t going to help rather try to experience it and then form your opinion. It might turn out to be completely opposite for you. Give yourself chance.
