i feel like whatever happens in my life is my fault. my boyfriend broke up with me beacuse i didnt trust him enough with his friends. how i can make him understand that all i ever wanted was a proper reassurance and his behaviour made me feel insecure and worried about our relationship and i only seeked constant validation because i was afraid to lose him it makes me worried that whether asking for a reassurance or validation was a bad thing to do
