I've feeling really down lately. Like thinking about negative stuffs and blaming everyone, my parents idk everyone. im not able to manage my time properly, less concentrating on my studies. i feel really stuffed inside. i feel like im not doing enough for me, and not taking care of my self. i know at the end i have to take care of myself but im not able to manage anything. really feeling so stuffed and suffocating.
