i understand ur situation. it happens when u have to face something new or a change. it creates doubts in our head that are nothing but 'what if's'. Just remember that 'what if' works on both sides. Stay positive n be urself and trying reaching oit to people around you. know who fits ur bill n has common interests n likes, n u have a new friend for yourself. After that, it's all jst a piece of cake.

You can always reach out to people who are around you. Observe 1st, you don't have to rush. you can take your time n see. Then try to connect with them with the things they talk about. you can also start by asking for some notes or about your lectures. there are many excuses that you can use to start a conversation. then just go with the flow n see how things goes. try this with people n find people who have similar likes as u. n jst let it flow, you will know on ur own with time. N don't think about what others think of you. Think no one is any greater or smaller than you. no one's perfect. we all have our flaws, but with the right people by your side, it doesn't matter.
