It's not your fault this is happening. You gotta forgive yourself and understand that somethings require you to work differently. Don't start your day by beating yourself up about what you didn't complete yesterday, that'll just make you feel sad and shitty. Sometimes people have a hard time doing anything and they need a bit of help, time and motivation to pick themselves up. Try breaking your tasks down. You gotta be realistic with your goals. It's hard to make crazy goals only to be won over by procrastination. If you need a bath but it's hard to do so try washing your face, if you can't then just wipe your face or body, if you can't that's alright. Try again tomorrow. It's a bad day, not a bad life. You're human.... there's only so much you can do when you're hardly able to function properly. Hope this helps.
