Its a phase of life. Everybody has undergone through this. Now You just have to keep calm and trust the timing. A time will definitely come when you'll talk to people normally and you won't even remember how this process became that easy !
Just have faith in God. If now you have none to connect then be sure you are connected to the divine. God just trying to teach you something. Wonder what's the taught.
Because sometimes we have to go through polishing to shine brighter than before .
And yes you needn't to talk to someone forcibly, just be real in this fake world. Your deeds should reflect your own self. I'm also alone but no feeling of loneliness. Becoz there's a difference between being alone and lonely.
