Not able to focus on studies

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

I'm a 12th grader. I don't know but in the epidemic era I've lost my focus on studies and almost everything. I feel so helpless and overwhelmed as I want to do a lot of things and become a successful person but nothing goes my way and I'm just getting behind in everything I was good at including my studies. This procrastination is really getting me and I fear that I'll not be able to do well in my class and upcoming exams.....

It’s okay, I think this has happened to all of us. You cab try to slowly get back to the pace by gradually building up a routine. Take up small topics first, sit for 40 mins take time restricted breaks and try to follow discipline. Do give yourself a slot of practicing any hobby that makes you feel Good.

Don't give up! You're doing really well, even if it doesn't feel like it. Just keep doing the best you can, no matter what that looks like. It sounds cliche but you need to believe in yourself. You're not alone either, people around you love you and want to support you. Never be afraid to ask for help.
