Not able to listen what people says

Not able to decode and understand the talks in big Groups... Whenever I be in groups.. i get confused whome to listen and get confused with the talks... even if i listen carefully all the talks.. i get jumbled and confused. This happen only in groups of around 10 people.. otherwise in personally or small group i understood the talks. Please help me in and suggest some solution 🙁🙁

    you are having trouble of communication start talking with random telecallers or people's at public place or stores ..you have fear of judgement .and understand that language or words can be communicated well in simple sentence too...don't try to impress people ..just speak your heart out
