Sleep issues are normal when u have disturbed ur sleep cycle...
The only thing that can help u is by waking up early... Force urself to wake early... Try it for 1 week u will see result... After waking up early in the morning u can either go for a walk or do some workout atleat half an hour.... This 100% works...
