Wake up early in morning. Do some physical activities. Sleep in relaxed mind.

Do you usually experience some kind of thought? You can try some sleep music.

Sleep issues are normal when u have disturbed ur sleep cycle... The only thing that can help u is by waking up early... Force urself to wake early... Try it for 1 week u will see result... After waking up early in the morning u can either go for a walk or do some workout atleat half an hour.... This 100% works...
