I don't know your reasons but try working out at night, tire yourself by doing pushups, situps...........
It goes well with me...

Hey. Body shows that something is not ok, so try to find right way for you to relax. There are some rules that could help you: no TV or computer before bed, take a nice relaxing shower before go to bed, go to bed everyday at the same time, if you cannot sleep,listen to some meditation music or something nice, make a bed a safe and clean place (change the sheets and go to bed only for sleeping), drink some herb tea before you go to bed, even if you cannot sleep, try to rest and not walk around the place. Sometimes also helps if you are active by day,doing some sport. It can be Yoga, streching, something to activate your body. Also it helps to talk with therapeut and to see what s worrying you.

I think you should work out and if that doesn't work you should take melatonin a natural sleep inducer

If you are stressed about some stuff, try writing those things down. Maybe it'll work for you, for me it definitely does
