not able to take a stand

Question

I am unable to speak for truth. I prefer to be silent in every condition. I can't stand stand for myself though. this condition of mine is taking me to stress side or depression whatever it is. most of the times I think of suicide. help me out

yes ...I can understand Bcz I too facing the same ....I always prefer to keep quiet instead of speak for me ....I always want to take stand for myself but I always get hesitated ......but only thing I know this habit of me only exhaust me ...so I have to improve it ....and just start doing things for urself instead thinking others opinion ...yes we think that they judge us .. but in the end what really matter is do we are happy or not ....start speaking for urself ...take stand for urself ...
