ahhhhhhh even I don't trust many people or most of the people. but trust doesn't build up overnight. it need to be tested.

Iam faced this same issue but that's okay. Listen happiness and life is a that doesn't need trust to grow?? do you think plant trust sun, bird trust wind. life is life it is on it's own. find your ownself and be happy

bt it feels really bad...i can't even open up in front of them....it feel like I have locked up myself in a empty room & i don't let people come near me......i want to get out of that room

Take a stand watch motivational videos or read books. meditation can help. Take step little by little. and listen Anger can make changes too.

Anger can make a positive change if it's turn into action. sometimes it's neccesary to scream your fear out and break things to certain limits.
